I haven’t blogged in two months. But alas, I’m not alone: there haven’t been many blogs on the Planet in a while. Though… we’ve still got Ben making an admirable effort to keep the Planet from feeling lonely, getting stoned and sulking in it’s own misery. Good for you, Ben. There is nothing like helping someone or something in need.
As of Tuesday, my first year at university is complete.
No more classes, no more assignments, no more exams. I’ll probably take a course in the summer though, just to relieve me from another heavy workload next year.
On top of school being over, one week ago someone had their one year blogging anniversary.
I said one year ago that I’d probably have abandoned my blog by this time. Surprisingly, that’s not the case, though I’ve definitely ignored the thing like a boppin’ robin would it’s human-contacted eggs. I’d have kicked this blog out of the nest and fed it to the raccoons by now if it weren’t for the fact that without this blog, I cannot properly nourish my ego.
Speaking of which, the grass is green, the birds are out, people are happy, and I dreamt last night that important university registration papers from hundreds of applicants and for various universities were left at the top of my driveway in the pouring rain, thus rendering them unreadable and useless.
Anyway, this is the perfect weather to do all the projects I’ve been telling myself to do over the year (which includes a lot of uploading, downloading, developing, producing, directing, and pretending). Damnit, there are a lot of things to do. :< I just won’t feel satisfied if I can’t do them all.
On another note, a new study conducted by the University of Western Ontario has found that over a one long smexy year, Loona’s blog writing skills have plummeted and she has yet to post something worth reading.
Congratulations on reading Waste #23.
